Excel Cleaning Services were called in to perform a deep industrial clean. The problem was a thick residue of oil left by the previous occupier. Not only did this cover the floor but also roof supports and the inside of the roof itself.

Using advanced cleaning equipment we were able to reach all areas either from the ground or using a ‘Cherry Picker’. Health and Safety is a major issue when working on any premises and at Excel we always carry out a full risk assessment prior to carrying out the work. Our specialist equipment makes the cleaning process safer as much of the work is controlled from the ground meaning our staff do not have to work at height unnecessarily.
By applying a suitable detergent and using our high pressure water jetting system we were able to effectively remove the build up of oil and dirt inside the building.
